Polaris GP is an automatic linear filling system with a dosing unit that uses a gear, lobe or peristaltic pump and is designed for automatic filling of liquid products with high viscosity. The machine is suitable for filling of abrasive products and products containing solid particles (mayonnaise, creams, oils, lubricants and sealants). Depending on the required output, the machine is equipped with 2 to 16 gear, lobe or peristaltic pumps (2 GP, 4 GP…16 GP).
The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic nozzle closing and filling from the bottom.
