Description
Gemini 2FM is a semi-automatic filling machine with dose measurement using flowmeters. The operator initiates filling manually using a button or pedal. Flowmeters are characterized by very high reliability, minimal maintenance costs and long service life.
Depending on the type of product being filled, we use: Magnetic flowmeters: designed for products with conductivity higher than 12µS (cleaning agents, body soaps, shampoos, ketchups...), Mass flowmeters: measure the weight of the filled product, thereby eliminating the effect of temperature on the measured dose. They are used for filling non-conductive (distilled water, oil...) and flammable (thinner, alcohol...) products.
