Description
Geus is an automatic machine with higher performance designed for filling and capping metal, plastic or laminate tubes. Tube capping is solved by folding (metal tube) or welding using hot air (plastic or laminate tube).
The machine is designed for filling liquid, creamy and paste products, for which dosing a volumetric dosing system is used (optionally also external dosing using a pump). Using an automatic magazine, tubes are automatically loaded and oriented according to the orientation mark. The capping jaws are equipped with interchangeable dies for marking date or code. For plastic and laminate tubes, the machine is equipped with a cutting unit ensuring perfect weld appearance.
In addition to machines designed specifically for metal (Geus K) and plastic/laminate (Geus P) tubes, a combined model for both types of tubes (Geus PK) is also offered. The range also includes a machine variant designed for explosive environments suitable for example for filling adhesives.
The machine's advantages include quick format parts changeover, easy disassembly and cleanability of the filling section, and very simple machine conversion from plastic tube variant to metal tube variant and vice versa.
