Description
The semi-automatic linear capping machine Hermes BC is designed for capping various types of containers with screw or snap-on closures. Hermes BC is especially suitable for customers with a wide range of containers or closures.
Containers are stopped under the closing head using side belts. The operator manually places caps on the containers and the capping head screws the closure to the required tightening torque (if the capping head is snap-on type, it presses the closure through a spring unit onto the bottle neck). The tightening torque can be adjusted on the capping head via a magnetic coupling. After closing, the container continues on the conveyor to the machine exit.
