Description
The automatic linear capping machine Hermes BCWS/TC is designed for capping various types of containers with screw or snap-on closures. Hermes BCWS is especially suitable for capping large containers (canisters). The machine is equipped with a "pick and place" station with automatic cap placement and closing. The TC capping group (head with 4 tightening wheels) enables tightening of triggers/sprayers or dispensers as well.
Containers are stopped under the capping head using side belts. The feeder automatically places caps on containers and the capping head screws the closure to the required tightening torque (if the capping head is snap-on type, it pushes the closure through a spring unit onto the bottle neck). The tightening torque can be adjusted on the capping head via magnetic coupling. After closing, the container continues on the conveyor to the machine exit.
Closing triggers/sprayers:
The sprayer/trigger is manually placed by the operator on the bottle and lightly tightened. The bottle is automatically stopped at the closing system location and the trigger/sprayer is tightened.
