Description
The automatic linear capping machine Hermes TCA is designed for closing and tightening triggers/sprayers or dispensers. The operator inserts closures into the supply track. From there, sprayers are taken and inserted into the jaw tightening head.
Containers are stopped under the capping head. The capping head places closures on the container and screws the closure to the required tightening torque. The dosing tube is fixed during the movement of the tightening head and guided by the centering jaw into the bottle. The capping head is driven by a servo motor and the resulting tightening torque is adjustable from the HMI. After closing, the container continues on the conveyor to the machine exit.
Closing triggers/sprayers:
The sprayer/trigger is manually placed by the operator on the bottle and lightly tightened. The bottle is automatically stopped at the closing system location and the trigger/sprayer is tightened.
