Description
Jumbo 1 WF DRUM is a weight filling machine with dose measurement using a weighing bridge or mass flowmeter and is designed for filling drums that are placed on a pallet. The pallet can be moved to the filling position using a roller conveyor.
The arm is automatically stabilized in the correct position above the opening and the filling nozzle moves downward. After the filling nozzle is correctly positioned, the operator activates the filling cycle. Filling can be done gravitationally, by external pump or with compressed inert gas.
The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic closing of nozzle and bottom-up filling.
