Description
Jumbo 1 WF IBC is a weight filling machine with dose measurement using a weighing bridge or mass flowmeter and is designed for filling IBC containers placed on a pallet. The pallet can be moved to the filling position using a roller conveyor.
The arm is automatically stabilized in the correct position above the opening and the filling nozzle moves downward. After the filling nozzle is properly positioned, the operator activates the filling cycle. Filling can be done by gravity, external pump or compressed inert gas.
The machine is equipped with pneumatic nozzle closing and bottom-up filling as standard.
