Description

Polaris AP is a linear filling machine with dose measurement using flowmeters. The machine is designed for filling chemically aggressive products (chlorine solutions, cleaning agents, disinfectants). Parts that are in direct contact with the product are made of PTFE, PVC, titanium and ceramics.

The machine is equipped according to the required performance with 2 to 16 flowmeters (2 AP, 4 AP.....16 AP). The dose is set using a touch screen. Each product and container can have its own saved recipe. Parameters stored in the recipe include – filled volume, filling speed, filling from the bottom or from the neck, nozzle immersion during filling, filling nozzle movement speed, etc.

The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic closing of nozzles and bottom-up filling.
