Description

Polaris PD is a linear filling machine with dose measurement using volumetric pumps and is designed for automatic filling of products with higher viscosity (creams, gels, mayonnaise, jams and other paste - food, cosmetic or chemical products). Thanks to the use of a rotary valve, the filled product can contain solid particles (fruit, nuts, seeds, ...). Polaris PD is also designed for hot filling. The product tank is part of the machine and can be equipped with a stirrer or double jacket for product heating.

The machine is equipped according to the required performance with 2 to 16 volumetric pumps. (2 PD, 4 PD.....16 PD) with volumes of 500, 1000, 2500ml. For filling larger volumes, it is possible to set multiple doses.

The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic closing of nozzles and bottom-up filling.
