Description
Sirius is a semi-automatic machine designed for filling and capping metal, plastic or laminate tubes . Tube capping is solved by folding (metal tube) or welding using hot air (plastic or laminate tube).
Sirius is designed for filling liquid, creamy and paste products, for which dosing a volumetric dosing system is used.
The machine is not equipped with a tube magazine and tube loading is performed manually by the operator . The capping jaws are equipped with interchangeable dies for marking date or code. For plastic and laminate tubes, the machine is equipped with a cutting unit ensuring perfect weld appearance.
The machine is available in a variant for plastic/laminate tubes (Sirius P) and for metal tubes (Sirius K). It is also manufactured in an automatic version with tube magazine and automatic loading under the model designation Sigma .
