Description

Spectrum is a filling and capping rotary monoblock designed for filling liquid and creamy products into various containers. The machine operates fully automatically .

The device is equipped with two or four volumetric pumps of selectable volumes and a single-head capping system. The filled dose is continuously adjustable. The indexed 16-position star wheel is controlled by a precise cam drive. For pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry needs, product dosing can be done using peristaltic pumps or gear pumps.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and are easily dismountable for cleaning and sanitation.

As accessories, an additional capping unit can be included for subcap application (dropper, roll-on, etc.). Spectrum can be equipped with control systems such as: subcap and cap presence control with rejection, camera and weighing systems, etc. Standard controls and protections such as: no-fill in the absence of a bottle or carousel slip in case of blockage are included in the basic configuration.

For orientation of smaller caps and subcaps, polished stainless steel vibratory orientators are used, which can be supplemented with sound dampening and dust-proof covers. For orientation of larger closures, a rotary orientator or lifting conveyor is typically used.

For application of difficult-to-apply caps, the machine is equipped with a "pick and place" cap placement system.
