Description

The Spectrum RP 6000 rotary filling and capping monoblock is designed for filling liquid and creamy products into various containers. The machine operation is fully automatic .

The equipment is equipped with two or four volumetric pumps of selectable volumes and a single-head capping system. The filling dose is continuously adjustable. The indexed 32-position turret is controlled by a precise cam gear. For pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry needs, it is possible to use product dosing by peristaltic pump or gear pump.

All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and are easily removable for cleaning and sanitation.

As an accessory, another capping group can be included for sub-cap application (dropper, roll-on, etc.). Spectrum can be equipped with control systems , such as sub-cap and cap presence control with rejection, camera and weighing system, etc. Standard controls and protections, such as no-fill in the absence of bottle or carousel slip in case of blockage, are included in the basic configuration.

For orientation of smaller caps and sub-caps, polished stainless steel vibratory orientators are used, which can be supplemented with soundproofing and dust-proof covers. For orientation of larger closures, a rotary orientator or elevator conveyor is usually used.

For application of caps that are difficult to fit, the machine is equipped with a "pick and place" cap placement system.
