Hermes 3M/4M
Description
The Hermes 3M and 4M are automatic rotary capping systems that are designed to cap various types of smaller bottles with screw and/or press-on caps.
Higher system performance can be achieved by a larger number of tightening heads (3 or 4) and by continuous motion of the containers without stopping during tightening. Before entering the machine, the packages are sorted by the inlet screw to the required spacings. Subsequently, they pass through the inlet rosette to the central rosette, where capping and tightening takes place. The outlet rosette moves the capped containers to the outlet conveyor.
The system is usually equipped with a cap rotary orientation system. A cap hopper with elevator can be supplied to refill the lids in the sorter.
