Description
Polaris PD is an automatic linear filling system with a dosing unit that uses positive displacement pumps designed for automatic filling of products with higher viscosity (creams, gels, mayonnaise, jams and other pastes – food, cosmetic or chemical products). Thanks to the rotary valve, the filled product may contain solid particles (fruits, nuts, seeds etc.). Polaris PD is also designed for hot filling. An overhead product hopper is included and can be equipped with a stirrer or a double jacket hopper for the possibility of product heating.
Depending on the desired speeds, the machine is equipped with 2 to 16 positive displacement pumps. (2 PD, 4 PD…16 PD) with volumes of 500, 1000 and 2500 ml. A multiple dose can be set to fill larger volumes.
The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic nozzle closing and filling from the bottom.
