Sirius

Description

Sirius is a semi-automatic system that is designed for filling and sealing of metal, plastic or laminate tubes. Sealing of the tubes is solved by folding (metal tube) or welding by means of hot air (plastic or laminate tube).

Sirius is designed for filling liquid, cream and paste products. It uses volumetric dosing system for their measuring.

The system is not equipped with a tube hopper and loading is done manually by the operator. The sealing jaws are equipped with interchangeable characters for marking the date or code. For plastic and laminated tubes, the machine is equipped with a cutting unit which ensures a perfect appearance of the weld.

The system is available for purchase in a variant for plastic/laminate tubes (Sirius P) or metal tubes (Sirius K). It is also available in an automatic version with a tube hopper and automatic loading under the Sigma model designation.
