Description
Jumbo 1 WF IBC is a weight filling system with a dosing unit that uses a weight bridge or a mass flowmeter and is designed for filling of IBC containers that are stored on a pallet. The pallet can be moved for filling by means of a roller conveyor.
The arm is automatically stabilized in the correct position above the hole while the filling nozzle moves downwards. After the correct positioning of the filling nozzle, the operator activates the filling cycle. The filling can be performed by means of gravity, external pump or a compressed inert gas.
The machine is standardly equipped with pneumatic nozzle closing and filling from the bottom.
