In this industry, the IMACO filling systems use the PHARMA machine versions which are distinguished by a special treatment of the inner surfaces that are in contact with the product. These inner machine parts are specially modified to comply with the strict hygienic and sanitary requirements. The filling space can be manufactured to meet different sanitary standards.
The product is filled by means of volume pumps, peristaltic pumps, mass or magnetic flowmeters Krohne, Endress + Hausser. The machines allow for filling of very small volumes (1 ml).
Closing machines can be equipped with various types of rotary sorters and closing units for the application of screw or press-on caps, or a unit for the application of various types of under-caps.
Pharmaceutical filling lines can be equipped with control camera or weighing systems that monitor and control the production process, e.g. the accuracy of filling, correct application and tightening of the cap, accuracy and correct application of the label etc. This information can be exported to the user’s information system to evaluate the production process.
All machines can be delivered with validation documentation.
