Hermes BC
Description
The semi-automatic linear capping system Hermes BC is designed for closing of various types of bottles with screw or press-on caps. Hermes BC especially suitable for customers with a wide range of bottles and caps.
The bottles are stopped below the capping head by means of side belts. The operator manually puts the caps on the bottles and the capping head screws the cap on the bottle with the required torque (a press-on capping head pushes the cap to the neck of the bottle). The final torque can be adjusted on the capping head via the magnetic clutch. When capping is finished, the bottles continue on the conveyor to the exit of the machine.
